An "official" entry form is not required, as long as exhibitor's NAME, full ADDRESS, PHONE and EMAIL are included along with:

CLASS (sr, int or jr)

whether Open Show or Youth
Per ARBA the same rabbit cannot show in Open and Youth
AND
all entry fees accompany the entry.,
Entries WITHOUT payment enclosed will be assessed same fees as Email entries

Each show NWRB pays for the breed sweepstakes
sanctions for most of the popular
breeds shown at our shows. If your favorite breed is not included, feel free to contact us  prior to show date to help you sanction your breed.

Yearbook and on the ARBA website www.arba.net

Our shows will be governed by all show rules as listed in the latest ARBA Yearbook
 
Because of Fire Marshall inspection during show there will be designated spaces for carriers and equipment laid out on the showroom floor. ALL carriers, grooming tables, chairs and/or equipment must be placed in these designated areas, NOTHING will be allowed in the aisles between rows, anything obstructing the designatd aisles will be removed. There will be ample space for all rabbits entered in the show, all spectator areas and aisles must be kept clear. If there is a larger entry than anticpated exhibitors may be asked to remove sale rabbits not entered, chairs and grooming tables to make room for rabbits that are entered in the show.

There may be a cavy specialty show but at this time no info is available,it is to be sponsored by a cavy club NOT NWRB

NO US PHONE ENTRIES but because some of our Canadian exhibitors claim their postal service is lacking, Canadian phone entries will be accepted with same deadlines as email entries AND at email fees

Canadian checks must include current exchange rate in the fees,
unless drawn on a US Dollar account
$1.00 US=$1.15 CAN
Canadian exhibitors may add their entry fees and multiply by 1.15 then submit their entry with a Candian check for that amount

showroom will open at 6:30am
SHOW will begin at 8:00am
as soon as table help is secured
No Phone Changes ALLOWED
 
ALL NSF checks will be reported to WSRBA and will be charged a $25.00US NSF fee.
Future entries will not be accepted at WSRBA shows until payment is made.
          
SHOWROOM WILL OPEN 6:30
JUDGING WILL BEGIN AT 8:00AM
