I've got a lot to say about BBQ'n.
I'll start with
my opinion, of my experience level. I am no pit master, I do own an inexpensive BBQ pit. Also, I 'm not too good with a gas
grill and don't care for these contraptions. You can make some good food with a gas grill, but not in my backyard.
My BBQ'n device is a Webber
kettle. The webber almost doesn’t qualify as a true BBQ in the purest sense, since a BBQ should have the firebox
set off to the side. (Photo below) But since I usually do not cook directly over the flame (this is called grilling)
I'll just say I'm BBQ'n, Got it? ;)
Now the best advise I can give
any one, is to take that can of lighter fluid to your city's hazardous waste disposal area, DO NOT put it on your coals.
Most people do not like their food to taste like kerosene. Go to your local hardware store and pick up a “chimney”
put a wad of paper in the bottom and some hardwood briquettes in the top and you ready to go.

Most of my experience comes from watching my Father In Law Rey Rodriguez. My uncle Len got me BBQ’n turkeys.
