Friday Morning Practices -- Practices will begin on Friday, June 19, 2009 from 7am to 9am.  MITs are exempt from this practice unless they are swimming in a meet on Saturday.  Friday mornings are a great time to get extra 'one-on-one' time with the coaches to practice stroke technique, flip-turns, and starts.
