Accross the nation there are Star Parties every month on the Friday
or Saturday before or after the New Moon.
Visitors are welcome to attend these parties with or without telescopes. This
is a great place to learn how to use that new telescope, if you have one.
Amateur Astronomy is a wonderful family activity. You are encouraged to bring your children
along. However, unruly, unmanaged children are captured and sold to the first passing starship from distant Andromeda
where we believe they are cooked and eaten!
