News & Recent Sightings

• 9/6/04: I've been so busy playing the game, I haven't been updating regularly... But that's about to change: I cleaned up a lot of entries and updated Galaxy Girl and Banished Pantheon.
• 5/26/04: New entries for Mynx and Swan.
• 5/25/04: Updated numerous entries, including Sister Psyche, Ms. Liberty, Positron, and other Veteran Heroes. 
• 5/19/04: New entries for Veteran Heroes Malaise, Manticore, and Blue Steel!
• 5/1/04: Now that the game has launched, I'm in the process of giving the site a complete overhaul, especially all the sections related to villains. In the meantime, enjoy what's here - there's quite a bit of info, especially regarding the Veteran Heroes.

Veteran Heroes

Describes all established and active superheroes known to aid Paragon City's other crime fighters, including the Statesman and Ms. Liberty. These heroes may provide missions or information.

Contacts

Profiles contacts without super powers, ranging from scientists to reporters. Like veteran heroes, contacts often dole out missions and information.  

Superhero Groups

Provides dossiers on known and established hero groups, such as the Dawn Patrol and the Liberty Corps. Such groups may provide safe haven for rookie heroes, training, information, and missions. 

Supervillains

Covers all "named" villain characters, ranging from low-powered threats behind small-scale plots to nearly unstoppable arch-villains such as Nemesis.  

Supervillain Groups

Supplies accounts of all known supervillain groups, gangs, and evil organizations, ranging from the Circle of Thorns to the thug-like Skulls, and even CREY Industries and other groups whose motives are still unclear.

Minions

Describes the various lieutenants, henchmen, creatures, and minions found in the employ of the many supervillains and supervillain groups in and around Paragon City.

Dead or Inactive

Provides descriptions of those heroes, villains and other individuals assumed to be dead or inactive, primarily for historical context. This section also includes some heroes who are missing in action, but presumably dead (such as Star Strider, who vanished upon entering a Rikti portal). It may be discovered that some of these beings are still alive; if so, their entries will be relocated to other sections as appropriate.

Others

Includes all other notable individuals and groups.

Unidentified

Provides images and some descriptions of those entities who have yet to be clearly identified.

Rookie Heroes

Describes a number of heroes new to Paragon City.

Mission Statement

First Contact is dedicated to supplying Paragon City's superheroes with a full catalog of information about all known paranormals, including supervillains, established heroes, villainous organizations, superhero teams, and other entities. First Contact will also cover non-paranormal individuals who routinely threaten the safety of Paragon City's citizens or support and aid local superheroes. Some inactive individuals and groups are included for historical breadth (and who knows when an allegedly dead villain will rise again to threaten humanity…).
