I have an animal control problem such as finding a domestic pet, or another type of animal complaint. What
should I do?:
First, contact your local animal control agency. You can find their phone number in your phone book.
If you are calling after hours, contact your police agency on a NON-EMERGENCY number. DO NOT CALL 911.
Allow the animal control agency or police department to assist you with your problem.
There is no animal control in the area I reside in. What should I do?
The NTACA is here to provide services throughout the North Texas Area to those whom have no form of animal
services authority. Please realize that we are a company and we will charge the caller if they choose to hire our
services.
I have found infant or injured wildlife. What can I do for it?
Again, contact your local animal control authority for their recommendations. Or, you may contact the NTACA who
will retrieve the animal and transport it to a Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator within our area.
What does the NTACA charge for its services?
There is a wide variety of services our company provides. We must know your specific needs to provide a quote.
Please contact us by phone for this information.
