The SPCA of Texas has made an official announcement that they will discontinue Animal Control Service Contracts to all areas of Collin & Denton Counties effective in 2006.  This will leave over 30 cities, towns, & communities without Animal Control Services after 2006.  The NTACA is already in process of providing all entities involved with contract proposals to offer our services as immediate as needed to suit their individual needs.  If you live in Collin or Denton County, your area may be affected.  If you would like further information contact the NTACA.
