Please use this site to access the information you need about the church and
as a resource for broadening your faith. We look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you might have.
Our desire is to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ, extend a clear invitation to everyone to trust Him as
their Savior and then grow in their knowlege, love and commitment to Him. Through our ministries we hope to
help others become involved in this great privilege of disciple making.
What is all this talk about salvation?
The Bible teaches that God loves us, wants us to have a relationship with Him now
and wants us to live forever with Him in Heaven after we die (John 3:16-17, John 6:35-40).
But there is a problem that prevents us from having a relationship with God. God
is perfectly holy and without sin but we are not (Romans 3:23). We are sinners , that is, we have disobeyed God
in some form or fashion.
The penalty for sin is death (separation from God). Separation in this life
and in the life to come in a place of punishment (Romans 6:23, Revelation 20:14).
We can not buy or earn God's forgiveness. We can not erase our sins by doing good
deeds. We are thus in a dilema and unable to save ourselves from the penalty of our sins (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 3:20).
But, because God loves us he has provided a substitute who paid the penalty for our sins.
God's Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, the sinless God-man humbled himself to humanity, died on the cross, was buried and then
did what no one else had or has ever done, He rose from the dead! After His resurrection He was seen, heard and touched
by numerous people, in fact, by over 500 people on one occassion (Titus 3:4-5: 1 Corinthians 15:3-7).
His divine birth, amazing numerous miracles, fulfillment of prophecy and resurrection
prove that Jesus was the Son of God and that He had paid for our sin. He now offers forgivness of our sins and salvation
to all who will put their trust in Him and what He did on the cross as a payment for their sins (John 1:12; 1 John 5:10-12).
Would you like to be forgiven? Why not bow your head right now and ask Jesus to
forgive you trusting in what He did for you not in what you can do.
E-mail us if you made this decision and we will rejoice with you and send you some information
that will help you grow in your new relationship with Christ.
