To all retail dealers, serious collectors, as well as those who have merely purchased a Milt Gross drawing to frame and hang on the wall, and most especially to those who purchased both a video tape of "Pete the Pooch" and the drawings , this statement is addressed.

We at Collector's Gallery own the entire out put of Milt Gross' animation art which he produced for the Television project known as "Pete the Pooch". The total of these drawings numbers in the hundreds, and they represent a very substantial dollar investment on our part. To date only about fifty five or sixty have been released for sale. These have nearly all gone into the hands of collectors, except for a few that have been sold at auction to the public at large. Here at Collector's Gallery we are acutely aware that the value of these rare drawings must be preserved and allowed to appreciate over time as all genuine collectables do.

Therefor, in keeping with that philosophy, we wish to assure you that it is our intention to severely limit the number of drawings and tapes released for sale each year. At the present time, the number we intend to sell will be no more than forty five to fifty per year on a nationwide basis.

This practice should serve to protect the collector value of our customers purchases, and at the same time enhance the residual value of our initial investment.

Milt Gross appears on camera and draws characters while narrating story for each episode. The tapes are first generation studio originals and will be limited in number produced for sale. None will ever be sold through mass distribution. The video was never released to Television due to Milt's final illness.

OWNING BOTH THE VIDEO AND THE DRAWINGS IS ABSOLUTE AUTHENTICATION as to the authorship of the drawings, since Milt is shown "ON CAMERA" creating the characters.
