PAYMENT:
We Accept Paypal payment: Paypal Funds, Funds from Bank Account or Credit Card (We
charge additional 3% on total amount when using Credit Card on Paypal)
We Accept Credit Card Payment via Phone, Call us during Business Hours. 3% charge
will apply.
We accept Money Order (USPS), please allow 3-5 Business Days for the money order to be cleared.
IMPORTANT: Before sending us your payment please email us or call us for the grand total due.
SHIPPING:
We only ship fish/shrimps/plants/goods using these carriers: USPS and UPS
We are not responsible for any delay once the package has been transferred to a carrier.
Note: USPS Express is not available in all areas. If this is not available in your area, pls email
or call us for other shipping recommendations
DOA (dead on arrival)
Please take photo of the unopened bag and send it through email within 1 hour upon
recieving the package. Fish Replacement will be issued if these steps are followed:
- Delivered and signed for overnight service FIRST ATTEMP
- If Fish is a DOA, DO NOT OPEN THE BAG.
- Take 3 Shots of a DOA Fish (check pictures below for Example).
- Picture Must be CLEAR, use macro shot if necessary
- In some Cases, we will ask you to ship back the DOA fish at our discretion
NOTE:
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COST. FISH WILL BE REPLACED ON YOUR NEXT ORDER.
