CHAPTER DAD:
ROGER McNEILL
Roger is a Senior DeMolay, and was Past Master Councilor of Indianapolis Chapter
(Summer, 1971). DeMolay honors he has received include the RD, PMC-MSA and Legion of Honor designations, and
was a member of the Southern Indiana Priory, Order of Knighthood. He is a 32º Master Mason, and belongs to Maumee
Lodge #725, where he serves as 2010 Junior Warden. He is also a member of the Mizpah Shrine.
Roger is married (Carolyn "Charlie") and has 1 daughter (Pam). He is a 37 year
veteran of the Indiana Department of Transportation where he works as a Construction Project Supervisor. Roger also
holds a Private Pilot license.

MARK DOUGLASS
Mark is a Senior DeMolay and was Past Master Councilor of Fort Wayne Chapter
(Fall, 1979). DeMolay honors he has received include the Legion of Honor designation.
He is a former member of the DeMolay Lodge in Fort Wayne. He currently serves the Chapter as Treasurer Advisor
and is Chairman of the Investment Trustees.
Mark is the owner of Douglass Construction, Inc, a licensed Residential Contractor.

RICK POWELL
Rick is a Master Mason and a member of Waynedale Lodge
He's married to Ruth (also an Advisor) and his sons, Robert & Ryan, are both Past Master
Councilors of Fort Wayne Chapter.
PAST CHAPTER DAD:
MATTHEW McCLELLAND
Matt is a Senior DeMolay, and a Past Master Councilor of Fort Wayne Chapter
(Spring, 1992). DeMolay honors he has received include the RD, PMC-MSA, Chevalier and Legion of Honor designations.
He is a 32º Master Mason, is a member of the Fort Wayne Yorkrite Commandry, and belongs to Waynedale Lodge #739, where
he serves as 2010 Senior Warden.
Matt is married (Tracey, who is also a Chapter Advisor) and they are the proud parents
of 2 daughters (Samantha & Amelia) and a son (Jacob). He was a member of the Indiana National Guard and when
called up to active duty he bravely served his country on two tours of duty in Iraq.
