STATE APPLICATIONS: We had a meeting with Sandra Frank from the State Dept of Ed on Friday,
September 16. She informed us that most, but not all district applications have been reviewed. If your district's application
has been reviewed, your superintendent should be receiving a letter from the state during the week of September 19. Results
will NOT be posted on the state department web site until at least November.
