Mr. Wansten brings over 17 years experience covering compliance, construction, tract and mortgage lending
and 5 years experience in consumer lending. During a similar market downturn, during the 1990's, he was responsible
for the establishment of a successful mortgage and construction deparment at a local community bank. He spent 7 years
serving as Vice President and Real Estate Manager of the local Community Bank. His responsibilities there, among other
things, included recommending policies, setting up procedures, reviewing compliance, products, quality control and training
for all staff members. We responsibly provided superior service and experienced large growth in loan volume as well
as profitability for the bank while maintaining high compliance and due diligence standards for their loans. He continually
provided quality loans without losses on behalf of the bank and it's Investors. His education and experience were enhanced
further by not only attending numerous training seminars provided by Robert Morris and Associates and Banker's Compliance
Group, but he also completed advanced underwriter training through Freddie Mac, as well as received training and experience
as a Direct Endorsed FHA and VA Automatic Underwriter. Later, upon leaving the community bank, he spent the next 7
years building and managing mortgage branches at Chase Home Finance and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. His extensive lending

As an Adjunct Faculty member for Victor Valley College, Mr. Wansten used his experience teaching Real
Estate Finance and the Fundamentals of Mortgage Banking for 6 years. Woven throughout his teaching and training,
Mr. Wansten helps others to learn what it means to apply due diligence standards, sound principles and ethics in
their lending practices.
