After 40 minute proof at 80F, loaf inverted onto parchment for another 40 min.

10 minutes before ignition arm, the dedicated rusty iron skillet is preheated on high.

Slide loaf onto stone that has preheated one hour at 500F. Then quickly...

Quickly add 3/4 cup boiling water to very hot skillet. Burn knuckles, Take photo, Close door and wait 5 min.

After 5 minutes at 500 F, lowered oven to 425F and added 1/4 cup boiling water.
