Several folks have asked for some of our "excess"
and we have sent some machines off to new homes. As a result,
we have used up much of our hoard of boxes, peanuts and bubble-wrap.
It has gotten to the point that we will have to ask folks
who want us to ship them larger items to help defray the cost
of packing materials. A large roll of bubble-wrap cost $20.00
as did a large bag of peanuts. Now, we can ship several computers
using these supplies, but we expect the cost to average $4.00
for a computer (IIsi size). If we have to ship a large machine
(575 or 6500) we will probably have to buy a box and these
are running at least $5.00. When expressing an interest in
one of our machines, please figure in this additional expense.
