Dr. Laura J. Collins, the President of The Center for Research and Learning, provides expertise in various areas of evaluation and research including proposal design, planning, data collection, and tailored reporting. Her plans employ a variety of data collection methods such as focus groups, surveys, and interviews; for which she conducts both quantitative and qualitative analysis and interpretation.
