Hi! I'm Dr. Nicole P. Smith, the author of "Sapphire and Vengeance" and "The Sparkle Within". Sapphire & Vengeance (S&V) is my first published novel, though I have published poems, prayers, educational documents & essays as well. Sparkle Rising is my second novel which contains characters you met in Sapphire and Vengeance. Book three is currently being written, and it is also connected to Sapphire and Vengeance and Sparkle Rising. I hope you enjoy them all, as well as novels that follow, and that you refer them to your friends and family!

S&V was actually completed back in 1996. I struggled with the "saucy" contents because of my Christian morals; when I tried to ignore what God wanted me to do, my novel was rejected. Ten years later, after much prayer and soul-searching and following God's lead (and taking time to get married and have children), I rewrote S&V in three months, and after pitching it to a publisher, a contract was offered!

It is my wish that all who read my novels will enjoy them to the fullest whether they find a connection to them or not. Each novel attempts to touch the heart in different ways through the love of Christ or the experiences they portray, whether they be fiction or non-ficton.
