Site Preparation Guide
We will without charge, level your shed, gazebo or play set using patio blocks, and/or other available materials. We request
that you pick a location that is both level and has adequate access.
Accessibility
1) Pick a site that is accessible to our delivery vehicle. Your shed, gazebo or play set will be delivered using a full
size 4-wheel drive pickup towing a 16' to 24' trailer. The truck and trailer are both 8' wide. Usually the shed, gazebo or
play set will be the widest dimension to worry about. The driver will need several feet of clearance to maneuver, unless
it is a straight line in and on level ground.
2) Please also concern yourself with overhead wires and tree limbs. We can push wires up a little if their phone or cable
but not power. Branches will be customer's responsibility, some smaller branches (pine) will brush back but any hardwood branches
should be trimmed. Total clearance height needed will vary with shed, gazebo or play set size and style but no shed, gazebo
or play set will be more then 13' 8".
3) When looking at access, please also consider the grade of the land.
Location
1) We recommend that you choose the most level area in your yard to place your shed, gazebo or play set . We will supply
patio blocks for leveling. We do strongly recommend that you do not have us block your shed, gazebo or play set more the
8"(4 blocks) and we will not be responsible for shed, gazebo or play set blocked up excessively high. Although not necessary,
we sometimes suggest the use of crushed stone as a base. This allows you to supply us a level site and eliminates the need
to block, thus making the foundation that much more firm. It will also aid with drainage in problem areas.
Other than a one time delivery and setup that is included in your purchase of your shed, gazebo or play set . Any additional
move will be charged. As always, please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We will also at no charge inspect your
site prior to delivery.
