 WHY "WATCH THE SKIES"?
Watch the Skies is an informal Science Fiction
and Fantasy reading group of Camp Hill and Harrisburg, PA. We are now in our ninth year of existence. Each month we randomly
pick a member's choice to read and discuss. We also spend a bit of time on whatever
is new in movies, TV, books and anything else imaginable. In fact that's mostly
what its about, imagination. Call it a monthly field trip through someone else's head with no real rules other than keeping your appendages inside the windows
at all times. Feel free to join us when we meet on the third Wednesday of every month
at 7PM at the Big & unNamed
bookstore in the Camp Hill Shopping Center, 58S 32nd St, Camp Hill, PA

Welcome to our 10th year of reading We have read 107 books so far -We’ve played host to the following authors: Tee Morris, Paul Levinson, Walter Hunt, Dave Sherman, Peter Prellwitz, Jack Hillman, David Forbes, Bill DeSmedt, Danielle Ackley-McPhail, Mike McPhail, Jon Sprunk, Brian Koscinski, Robert Sawyer, Maria Snyder, David Louis Edeleman, Philippa Ballentine, and Jeri Smith-Ready -Doug Tillyer, we miss you. Tee Morris recently lost his wife due to complications from the flu, for those of us that met Natalie, we miss you as well and we’ll keep Tee and Sonic Boom in our thoughts. Thank you all for coming and sharing the joy of reading Science Fiction and Fantasy NEXT MONTH -Danielle Ackley-McPhail and Mike McPhail will be visiting to sign and talk about Halfling’s Court
