The time had finally come when I had to make a decision to continue with restoring or change directions. After a lot
research and looking for replacement parts (without much luck), I decided to upgrade the vehicle to a Street Cruiser.
Installed a GM crate 350 HO deluxe engine, 300 HP 350 cu in. Front suspension is a Total Cost Involved Mustang II rack
and pinion.
Curry 9" Ford rear axle, 3:55 ratio. A Toal Cost Involved four bar rear suspension was also installed.
The automatic transmission is a Phoenix 700R4.
Time to go out for a little body work, prepping and painting.
