Lizzie Drums is owned by Janet Flecher and Mary Lou Flecher. Janet has a life long interest in the arts. Educated as a Theatre
set designer, she spent 18 years designing and building high-end furniture. In addition, she has worked in photography, painting,
sculpture, and many other mediums professionally. In addition to designing and building drums, Janet is an experienced percussionist
and drum circle facilitator. Mary Lou is a life long musician. Her specialties are percussion and woodwind. Mary Lou has
also spent over 30 years working in fabric arts and has more recent experience both in photography and water colors.

Lizzie Drums was founded in 2003. We bagan making drums as a means of expanding our personal drum collection to enable us
to facillitate larger groups. From the beginning, the quality and uniqueness of the drums was appearent to everyone who played
them. Lizzie Drums is a continuation of that effort.
