Our Mission
Our company is here to serve all of your luau needs. Over the years we have taken our guests away from the stress
of everyday life and created a relaxing and fun way to celebrate any and all happy occasions.
We believe everyone deserves
a great time commemorating an event with a warm Hawaiian atmosphere. Besides the menus and entertainment choices, we can also
put together a package for all the above at a reasonable price (with 100+ menu plates). We are here to serve your
needs, and make your luau or party one you will always remember.
Our Experience
Our company has been catering to our luau clients for over thirty five years. We are still serving
some clients who have been with us several years. All the cooking is done by Hawaiians and the kind of taste that brings
this "aloha" into your event. Every dish is prepared the same day for freshness, quality and taste!
My wife and I are originally from the Island of Oahu in the Hawaiian chain, and we both grew up learning the skills
taught us in our mothers' and grandmothers' kitchens. This love for the Island food is reflected in the way
all the dishes are prepared. Even the preparation for the Imu (underground pit) for the pig was passed down from
generation to generation on the grandfathers' side of the family.
