Register In Person - To Register in person, *if seat available (we only take 10 students per class) bring the Registration form with your payment (cash only) the date of the Seminar. There is an additional $10.00 surcharge on all “same date” registrations. To avoid this charge, payment must be received 72 hours prior to scheduled seminar.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS - Your Savings- To keep our Seminar at a low cost to you, only cash, checks, cashier's checks or money orders, are accepted by our office. Mail a copy of your registration with your payment as soon as possible.

PAYMENT INFORMATION -

For your own protection do not mail cash. You may bring cash to the Seminar location.
Late Payments or non-payments may result in being dropped from the classes in which you registered.
FULL REFUND POLICY - You may re-schedule at no charge (with 72hours notice). A re-schedule Fee of $15.00 will apply if second time is required. A full payment after the third time. Full refund if - a) our company re-schedule the seminar or b) student cancel within 72 hours of reservation.
