  Comments: This is a souvenir sheet that was originally issued in 1994 for the UPU 120 year anniversary. In 1996 it was overprinted with the UPU hologram in 1996, Chinese characters in gold down the right side and PJZ2. This Souvenir Sheet also exists with a serial number in the upper left corner.
