TO JOIN THE
LOS
ANGELES ROSE SOCIETY
We are a friendly group of
people from all walks of life, a wide range of age groups, both male and female, whose common interest is the "love of roses."
We welcome you to join the
Los Angeles Rose Society.
MEMBERSHIP DUES: $15 per year, per family
Dues are pro-rated monthly,
renewable in December. (For example, if you join in July, you pay $7.50 for the balance of the year, and then renew
in December.)
Your membership includes 9
issues of our bulletin "The Rose Parade." We meet at Descanso Gardens on the 3rd Sunday of the month, 12:30 p.m. Our monthly
meetings feature knowledgeable guest speakers on rose-related topics. In the spring we have a garden tour. In the fall we
have a very successful rose show at Descanso Gardens.
AMERICAN ROSE SOCIETY TRIAL MEMBERSHIP IS ALSO INCLUDED!
LARS Members who are not yet members of the ARS will automatically receive the following:
-A trial membership to the American Rose Society for a four month period, during which time the member will
receive two issues of the ARS bi-monthly magazine delivered to them.
-2008 ARS Handbook for Selecting Roses
-List of member partners providing discounts
-A Reciprocal Garden Guide
-Member ID card valid for four months
