Los Angeles Rose Society
The Los Angeles Rose Society, an afiliate of the American Rose Society, is a non-profit educational
organization, serving the needs of gardeners by promoting America's flower - the rose. We provide a community service by encouraging
the time-honored hobby of family gardening, and by promoting all aspects of rose culture through educational programs, shows,
publicity, and participation in rose-related community projects.
AMERICAN ROSE SOCIETY AFFILIATE
Our rose society meets the third Sunday of each month at 12:30pm at Descanso Gardens in La Canada, CA.
Our meetings feature guest speakers on rose topics of interest. We welcome all visitors. For more information

We also offer a monthly newsletter which features articles on all aspects of rose care including:
monthly rose care, feeding, watering, exhibiting, miniature roses, old garden roses, pruning etc. Our newsletter is
offered as part of our membership with issues mailed out 9 times a year, and we also offer an email version which is in full
