When we train our bodies and educate our minds, we develop 2/3 of our strength.
That means we are operating at only part of our total cacacity.
At times, depending on our competition, we still win inspite of that.
If we win a race, beat a tough opponent, set a new personal record, or other great accomplishment we
should feel great for more than a few moments in time.
Many times we don't, perhaps there is a solution.
