These are coaches/trainers we respect and who make their facilities available to us, share their insights,
or support our efforts in other ways:
Kory Knowles (Navy SEAL Recruiter)
"I started my military career in October 1988. I went to WT A school and then on to BUD/S. I graduated from
BUD/S class 167 in 1990. Then I went on to serve at SEAL Team Five for 5 years where I deployed in 2 Platoons and worked in
Training Cell. I taught numerous courses on Desert Warfare, Maritime Operations, Combat Diving, Small Arms Weapons, CQB, and
Combat Fighting. I moved on to the Naval Special Warfare Center to become a First Phase BUD/S Instructor for 3 years. I was
very fortunate to spend those years training and motivating future SEALs. After serving 10 years I moved on to work as a Technical
Advisor to the cable TV fitness show American Health & Fitness. I wrote and developed all of the workouts and exercise
information. I also had a thriving personal training business. I studied at the Chek Institute and became certified as a CHEK II practitioner. I am now a Naval Reserve Recruiter in Clearwater, FL.
It is my vision to create a place that will provide you with the motivation and answers to prepare
you for the challenge of becoming a SEAL or being the best you can be. Our group of motivated men and women is growing and
I am proud of the hard work and improvements I have seen. Always keep moving forward. As the SEAL maxim goes, “The only
easy day was yesterday.” You are welcome to join if you are genuine about your dedication and passion to improving yourself
daily or are ready to evolve your dream of becoming a SEAL to believing you will become one. Remember...your integrity is
your destiny!"

the SEAL Hand-to-Hand Combat Instructor Course. I trained with World Jiu-Jitsu Champion, Two Time World Racquetball
Champion, and Super Brawl Champion, Egan Inoue for 3 years. I fought, and won, Future Brawl 6 (an 8 man, No Holds Barred competition) in 1996 and I won my professional
fighting debut in Super Brawl 13 in 1999.
I also began, and still lead, Basic Training by Fish; a military style fitness class based on
my training experiences in the military and training for competitions. This class has been used by military dependents, active
duty military members from all branches of service, Federal Law Enforcement Officers, Federal Fire Fighters, military
personnel preparing for Navy Dive School, BUD/s (SEAL training), and SAR (Search and Rescue Swimmer) Training. "
