Rick and I decided to run away from home for a couple of days.  We went to San Antonio.  Did the Riverwalk thing, had a nice "adult" dinner at the Magic Time Machine, then went to Six Flags Fiesta Texas.  Being a Big Person has its moments.  But getting to be a kid again, if only for a few hours, is great.

When Rick told us he wanted to be Captain Jack for Halloween, we knew it wouldn't take much.  The beadwork in his hair took the longest, but the rest was just icing on the cake.  The hair & black around his eyes pretty much confirmed what we've known all along.  Rick IS Captain Jack Sparrow.  And what's the scariest part, that's all his hair.  It's not a wig.
