Our 18 year run is over. My wife and I closed the restaurant on the 25th of February, 2007. We sincerely want to thank all of our guests from over the years. Many of our "new" customers were the children of original guests. It has been like watching an extended family grow through a whole generation. A true joy!

Again, we and the entire crew (a family to be sure), will miss all of you. It has been a lot of fun and the challenges were exhilarating!

 

When time allows, I'll be composing two books . One a "cooks" cookbook. No alliterative prose, just the receipes used over the last two decades. All of them!

The other will come out later. A hopefully amusing collection of anecdotes and experiences we, as a crew, withstood and for the most part enjoyed. I hope you will enjoy the read!
