Pictures are taken when motion is detected near each perch, or by a user. These birds are so fast, the camera may not capture the hummingbird in the picture. These pictures change several times each hour during the daylight hours.
The only species that I have seen here is the Ruby-throated Hummingbird. Only the males have the iridescent ruby red gorget or "throat"
