1. Membership

a. Maintain attendance per meeting at minimum 12

b. Explain how the Advantage Program captures current lifestyles

c. Develop Recruitment and Membership committee to include:

          1. Goal: Increase membership by 10%

 

2. Philanthropy

a. Participate in local philanthropic activity

          1. ASAP Homeless Shelter

          2. Blooming Place for Kids

b. Exceed the $50 minimum National Foundation donation through fundraising efforts

c. Members participate in a personal contribution to the National Foundation

d. Support ASA Foundation

 

3. Operations

a. Prepare budget

b. Improve marketing and communications among district, chapter and NHQ

c. Fundraise a minimum of $400

d. Work on Sorority scrapbook

e. Maintain Sisterhood committee

f. Maintain website

g. Officer transition and training

h. Collect Panhellenic dues and turn in by June 1st.

 

4. Meetings

a. Focus on the four aims: physical, intellectual, social and spiritual

b. Follow Parliamentary procedures for business meetings

c. Attend minimum four Panhellenic functions (as chapter) during year

d. Incorporate ritual into programming from the Ritual and Ceremonies book

 

5. Recognition

a. Hold an Organizational Pride activity/event

b. Keep track of volunteer hours quarterly

c. Maintain a Star Sister Program that recognizes outstanding contributions by sisters of our chapter
