Awakening the Spirit Within
This series on spiritual practices will begin in September 2008 and occur monthly
through May 2009. Each session will focus on a different spiritual practice. There will be a choice of two times
- the 3rd Thursday morning from 10-11:30 am or the 3rd Tuesday evening, from 7-8:30 pm, at Rosary Heights in Edmonds
WA. (A couple of months it will be on the 4th week of the month.)
We will begin in September with an introduction to spiritual practices, then explore
more fully a specific practice in each session. The full schedule is below.

The cost of the sessions is $15 each. You can sign up for
individual sessions, or for the whole series. If you sign up for the series, the cost is $120, which gives you one session
