What might the focus be in a spiritual direction session?

An opportunity to explore your relationship with God and your images of God.

An opportunity to understand a time of transition, to explore where God is in the midst of the chaos of transition.

Help in understanding a sense of call from God.

A time to seek answers to questions such as how does God work in your life.

A time to learn ways of praying that are right for you.

Help in understanding more about forgiveness and how to forgive someone in your life.

A chance to talk about what’s going on in your life and how God is present in that—or perhaps how God feels absent..

What does a session of spiritual direction cost?

I use a sliding scale of $40 to $65 per hour session. It is up to each person to choose what they will pay within that.

Retreats and workshops

I will work with you to design your retreat or workshop. We can do something for a few hours, a weekend retreat, or an ongoing class for several weeks. What’s important is that it fit your needs and goals!
