Since 1974 the Harrison family has run the
Victoria Apartments in Indian Shores, Florida.
As other small mom-and-pop rentals have disappeared
at the beach, erased by looming condos, the Victoria stills stands to offer you an old -fashioned
family beach cottage experience.
We have four two story buildings including our home.
A two story beach front building offers two apartments
with two bedrooms and two baths each and private decks to enjoy the ocean views.
A one bedroom efficiency(king
bed) also with its own deck and ocean view is a favorite for couples.
Access to the beach is easy through the courtyard and tropical
gardens from the one-bedroom(two double beds) apartments that are
streetside.These cottages have either a deck(upper) or patio(lower).
On ground level beneath the beachside apartments is a large common-area deck that has been the site of lovely
beach weddings, birthday celebrations and many
great Fourth of July parties!
