Caring for Homeless Animals Since 1986
Due to the Christmas Holiday, PAL will not be holding
its regular adoption event at the Woodbridge PetSmart on Saturday, December 24, 2011. We will be having an adoption
event on Saturday, December 31st, but it will wrap up 4pm, as we would like to give our volunteers time to celebrate the coming
of the new year with their family and friends. We wish everyone the Happiest of Holidays and a Terrific
New Year!
PAL's Veterinary costs have been astronomical as of late! With litters of kittens and puppies needing
rounds of vaccinations, all dogs and cats needing to be fully vetted, and spaying and neutering costs, not to mention those
animals with special needs, like the poor kitty whose leg had to be amputated when she was brought in after her leg was caught
in a motor. PAL operates 100% on donations from wonderful people like you. All our people are volunteers...we
work purely for the need and love of the animals in order to find them terrific forever homes. These difficult economical
times have hit PAL very hard, and thankfully, the veterinarians we work with let us pay in installments, but as the bills
increase, so do the payments. At this point, anything will help. You can donate online (see PayPal link at the
bottom of this page), mail a check to the address below, or donate personally at our adoption events - we'd love
to see you, which are held every Saturday from noon to 6pm at the Woodbridge PetSmart across from Walmart. We are a
certified 501(c)(3) charity, and your donations are tax-deductible. Save your PayPal receipt for your taxes or ask for
a receipt when you come into the store. You can also help by buying a PAL T-shirt or sponsoring a PAL animal! And again, thank you so much for helping PAL continue to care for homeless animals. We cannot continue
to do what we do without you!
