See I write a large update then I don't write much for a while.
So where are we? Guu has finally maxed Mining; Has done the forst 150 GP turn in towards his Epic Mount.. He has
the next 150GP but I want to build up more "cash reserves" because if I do that turn in now I would have about 50GP in the
bank (not enough!) plus I need 6 Arcanite Bars to finsh the quest requirements. Also, that would have completed only
the first two quests of a long chain.
Gear wise Guu is slowly getting upgrades. By raiding Strat (Baron), UBRS, ZG, DM, and Scholo I am getting some
respectable gear. Last night's raids (did a pickup UBRS and guild Scholomance) I was the top non-warrior in HP, in the
UBRS raid I was actually higher in HP than one of the warriors! When raid buffed I have over 5500HP. I won a nice
polearm in the UBRS raid which has improved my DPS. The polearm has a 525 DD proc which is REALLY nice. During
the Scholo run I had a 1070 SoC crit as well. I am enjoying the new blade. I have been getting some more +Healing
gear as well. Right now I have +86 to healing (not much but every little bit helps.) I am still focusing my main
gear towards DPS and survivablilty. My Mana pool is not that great but I have decent spirit so it recovers rather quickly.
I plan on doing as many raids as possible to get what I need in the gear dept.
I am continuing to progress with my weapon skills. Last night I added polearm to the list of maxed skills (2h Mace
is the other). I still need to get 1h Mace (303), 1h sword (282), 1h axe (296), 2h axe (256), and 2h sword (272) up
to 300/305 level. Each skill is where I can use a weapon effectively if I get a new one. Once I get more GP in
the bank, I might get a fast "training weapon" for farming/skillups
Blizzard has added a lot of Halloween Themed events and stuff in game. You can "trick-or-treat" the Innkeepers
for stuff, there are "Hallow's Eve" quests throughout Azeroth and all the cities and towns I have visited are decorated for
Halloween. It is a lot of fun.
I have been playing Ghaani a bit more lately. I REALLY need to upgrade her gear. But I need to get her a
few more levels before she can "enjoy" those upgrades.
Oh well, that is enough for now. There is a late night Guild Raid tonight, so I hope I can get some more goodies.
