Quick Update
:::06 January 2006:::
Last night was a ZG run.  When I FINALLY got in (damn wait queue to get in!  I had to wait over 30 min to get through!) the raid was full, so I continued to work on my First Aid.  I got my skill to 225 and did the Triage quest, passed it on the first time (see Paladins are better healers :P)  I even brought my first aid skill up to 280.  I got the recipe for runecloth bandages, now I need to get the Heavy Runecloth.  I should get that the next time I log in and not raid.

Anyhow I got in ZG as the raid was approcahing the Tiger boss.  I REALLY like the greater blessings.  15 min per buff and have to cast a max of 8 times, really, really nice. We engaged the tiger and WTFPWNED him.  No deaths, no problems.  I got my purple shawl for the ZG Paladin Enchant (wuwu!) now I just need is the Pally Doll and I can get it (more resists, more healing!)  We then went to the panther boss, and it was another cakewalk.  We did have a couple deaths, but we were able to combat rez them.  She dropped an 18 slot bag, that I won =).  Then on to Hakkar.  For the Boss of the zone, he was a push over. The pulls getting to him were more challenging than the final fight.  Anyhow we took him down with no worries.  Then it was on to Jindo the Hexxer.  He Sucks! We were doing ok, but we wiped twice to him after clearing the place.  I don't think that he will be that tough once we all focus on him.  Before we camped for the night, we turned in the Heart of Hakkar and got a sweet 3 hour buff that increases ALL stats 15% and runspeed 10%.  This buff lasts through death so it should REALLY benefit us for tonight's raid.  I will have to miss that due to a family committment, but I wish them the best.  Maybe this weekend I will be able to hit a MC raid for some more lewts.

Happy New Year
:::4 January 2006:::
Happy New Year!  Last night was the first time in a week that I logged in.  Yesterday they implemented 1.9.  I have mixed emotions, the raid blessings should be nice, but the talent changes leave a somewhat bitter taste in my mouth.  What made it worse was when I was getting my "free" re-spec, I messed up and purchased a wrong talent.  It cost me 10 gold to re-re-spec.  Plus I had to BUY the spells again.  Grrr!

I have taken Ghaani's First Aid skill above 225.  There is a quest you get when your skill is 225 that is a bit of a pain, but it is cool.  It took me about 5 times before I passed the test.  I have Guuinnes's First Aid to 218.  I should have him to 225 the next time I work on it.  It was fun taking Ghaani to get the materials I needed to skill up to 225.  I took her to The Deadmines then proceeded to kill EVERYTHING there.  She made a bit of money but really stocked up on materials.  It was cool to "one-shot" some of the "elite" mobs there with Aimed shot.  Sometimes she would "one-shot" two to three non-elite mobs with multi-shot.  I need to go to Sunken Temple with Ghaani to complete her Hunter's Charm quest.  The parts in Azshara took a lot longer than it should have, but they are complete.  Ghaani has reached the rank of Sergeant and is still having fun learning PVP.

Last night, after the first re-spec, Guuinnes went on a Scholo run with Suzanne, Neg and a few other guildies.  We primarily were looking for the 16-slot soul shard bag pattern.  The makeup of our group was Me (Holy/Prot Paladin), Suzanne (Rogue), Negralama (Necromancer), Ratboy (priest) and a Hunter (I forgot his name).  While we were there they agreed to try the Pally Charger Quest event.  We cleared the room, I gave everyone a run down on what would happen, then we kicked it off.  The first wave was cake, the second wave was really easy, then on the third wave Ratboy helped a lot by shackeling certain mobs to keep them together.  I was spamming my judgements as often as I could and we made it to the 4th wave.  The 4th wave was actually easy.  The ghosts never charged us.  I had to pull them and make a special effort to get more than one at a time.  We killed the 4th wave boss with everyone near full health and mana.  Then the Deathknight spawned.  I charged him I had the new Paladin "hate" buff up (it adds 60% to the threat from Holy attacks) judged the DK with Crusader, Hit him with Excorsism (holy attack, improved by JotC) cast seal of Rightousness (adds Holy attack to each swing, improved by JoTC), then hit a consecrate (holy attack, also improved by JoTC).  I manuevered behind the DK and he turned away from the rest of the party.  Woohoo! I had established aggro!  I then used my last Stratholme Holy Water (AoE holy damage vs Undead) and my Holy Might Crystal (more Holy Damage vs Undead) and then we took him down.  I hit him with Excorsism as often as I could and he dropped rather fast.  I got my charger and Susanne got a nice dagger.  We then cleared the rest of the place with me being the "main tank" although it was more of a main tank to start then Suz would pull aggro as the mobs died.  We killed every boss and I think everyone got at least one upgrade.  I even made enough money to pay for my repairs and re-re-spec.  In addition to the Charger, I got an upgrade for boots and a Lightforge Helm.  I even completed the deed quests for Scholo.  So all in all it was a good run.  I will be ready for our MNC runs through there now.

Oh, before I left last week, we did a DM farming run.  I got my book for the DM trinket (woohoo! more +FR and +Healing) now I just need to run to the library to do the turn in.  Tonight will be a BWL run (I need more gold to afford that!)  I need to get som supplies and I will be gtg for that.  There is a rumor that they made the Razor part a bit easier.  We'll see.

This is just my place to post my happenings in my on line gaming.
Currently I am playing World of Warcraft.  I am on the Gomeregan server. I am once again playing my Human Paladin. He has been moved from Elune and renamed Gabbath. He is once again main character. I also have Ghaan my Night Elf Hunter, a Blood Elf Priest Volto and a Dwarf Warrior Guuinnes who has been retired. Also on Gnomer, I have Gumule (Bank mule), Laarz (Draeni Shaman) and Phantsi (horde Bank mule). Each of those I just created to hold the name. On the Elune server I have Ghaani, a Night Elf Hunter, who is begging to be played. I also have Kiita a night elf druid I made for my daughter and Gruumpi, a Troll rogue I made for my son. I also have Zozan, a Human Mage who is basically a mule.
Ghaani was my first character in WoW. Ghaani was my Ranger in EQ before I played WoW, but you can read all about that in the blog. Ghaani and Gabbath started on Elune, Gabbath was named Guuinnes on Elune and had his name changed when I moved him to Gnomeregan.
My alliance characters are members of the guild Fatal Nemesis
