Big update from last time. To start, Little G is 40 and has his Ram,
spurs, all his skills, and still has some gold in the bank! It is damn nice to have a mount again. All that running
was too slow! I still have not decided about enchanting yet. I may just keep Mining and Skinning or drop them
both and pick up herbalism and alchemy (I see that I REALLY need potions!). I still need to make some SM runs but now
I can start hitting Uldaman and Razorfiend Keep for some Plate Armor upgrades.
Over the weekend I did some of the ogre quests and did the shadowmaw and kurzen fighters quests. I should get on
and knock out the next to last Raptor quest and the named panther. The hardest part about her is finding her.
She is usualy stealthed so finding her is fun... I have not really played Little G since Sunday so he should have a
nice bit of rest xp built up.
The MNC run was different this week. We went to ZG with Guu as the tank. We went in and fought our way to
Hakkar's temple and killed the flying snakes for rep, bijous and coins. The makeup was Thac, Laurel, Dej, Lembin (mage)
and Guu. We were going to take Dej's cousin (druid) but he was on lockout. Also, we were going to have Knightspain
come tank for us but he had a prior commitment. Still once we got going we did very good. We were killing fish
and gator packs like crazy then got to the temple. Thac was the only other one to have been to that point so it was
fun to show everyone around. We may be hitting DM or ZG next week.

Another weekend gone by yes, it is Wednesday, I have been busy. I did
not get as much done as I wanted to. I am just level 37. I have done one complete SM run (went there twice).
I have the SM key and won the helm from Herrod. I have been doing many smaller quests including the STV quests.
I have completed teh Tiger line and up to the named cat on the Panther line. I still need to take out the next to last
of the raptor line before I can get to the named Raptor.
I currently have 86 gold. I am very close to being able to purchase my mount. I have over two levels to get
over 100 gp. I will need to make sure that I have enough gold for training (I will budget 20 gp for training at 38 and 40).
I will not worry with dropping mining until after I get enough gold to buy my mount. Besides, once I get 40 I will be
replacing all my mail with plate armor. I can't sell what I have so disenchanting the gear will provide more funds.
One of the biggest challenges on Gnomer is the very low population. Getting a PUG is much more difficult.
Getting a priest that isn't a guildie is next to impossible. My two trips to SM had Paladins as the main, only, healer.
I am glad that these paladins are understanding that they are THE HEALER. I guess having good paladins make up for the
IDIOT Hunters I have been running in to. I swear these guys insist that they MUST pull, pull with their pet and insist
on fighting with their swords and not their bow. I wonder when they will figure out that by staying at range and using
a bow they are doing MORE damage and less likely to die.
On the Elune front, I removed Ghaani and Big Guuinnes from Absolute Chaos. I have not done anything with them in
over a month and things don't look promising to be able to raid with them in the near future. I left and no-one asked
me what I was doing our where I was going. It was really good to know that I'll be missed.
