A LOT has happened since my last update.  Little G is 60, has been to several MC runs and two Ony takedowns.  I have gotten to Friendly with AD I still need a lot of rep with them, but I see many Strat/Scholo/Baron runs in my future.  I have gotten my FR up to 120 un-buffed and Abbigaile got me the Greater Fire Resist Potion Recipe (she is soo nice!).

 

Our most recent MC run ended with an attempt at Rag.  We didn't have a full raid nor did we have the time to really buff for the attempt.  (and 19 of the people in the raid said they have NEVER done Rag before!)  Our attempt was not successful, but we did get a lot of people to understand why Fire Resist is crucial and to let them see one of the really fun events in WoW.  We got him down to 60% before we wiped.  Not too bad for a first attempt and with a raid that had a majority of people not in tier 1 or better gear.

 

We have done Ony twice now.  The first time it took us two attempts to get her down.  The second time it was a one shot attempt.  Looks like the gear from Ony will be flowing in now!

 

Goal Update:
Get to 60! - DONE!
Get Ony Key - DONE!
Finish BRD (I have EIGHT quests to complete there) - Still need to finish this
Get Greater Fire Resist Potion Recipe - DONE! Thank you so much Abbi!
Get faction with AD & Timbermaw - Friendly with AD
Start building FR gear - 121 FR unbuffed ATM

 

New goals:
Faction with AD, Timbermaw and Thorium Brotherhood (I need the recipes they have)
Get FR over 200
Finish BRD
Get Dungeon Set 1 and work on Set 2 (set 2 is better Fury gear)
Get Epic Mount (800 gold needed, uggh!)

 

I am having a lot of fun with Orpheus.  There are enough older people in the guild (real life age) that we can relate and carry on an adult conversation.  I am making some pretty good friends and hope that we are able to continue for a long time.

 

Over the weekend I took a group of guildies to DM.  For most of them, it was their first trip there.  I told them of many of the MNC's adventures in DM.  I ended up being the tour guide showing them how to farm Magistar and the big tree.  They loved it!  After I left the group they ended up farming that place for a while.  After that, we did an all guild UBRS run to get Tott and Fnip their Ony key drop.  The whole raid was 60 and we kicked UBRS in the ASS.  We had just one death and that was due to a lag issue in the whelp room.  I think I showed that I can be a good warrior (there were three of us there, Khaos-the guild MT, Gwynn-#1 DPS warrior and me another fury warrior).  The only thing that is keeping me behind Gwynn is my gear as he has all the PVP armor and weapons while I am in blues and greens.

 

I don't know how much I will be on this weekend, but I hope I get so game time in.
