Officially started my half marathon
training and to ease the pain I ran on the beach path. While running I pretended that
it was already September and that I was in beautiful Italy! Soon, I was quickly slapped back into reality
by the pounding of my heartbeat and gasping for air! YIKES!
This is what I get for ignoring my running. I’ve been cycling but it’s
just not the same type of mechanics. Ask Lance Armstrong! I much prefer cycling and I get just as good of a workout but with less stress on my knees.
I struggled to find my rhythm,
but kept going! Note to Self . . . create a better running playlist on my
nano!
