Isle of Skye

Some things just happen to jump out at me whenever I'm planning a trip. I'm not sure how to explain it other than you just sort of know deep down.

When I first started thinking about Scotland I immediately thought of three things that I wanted to see: Edinburgh, the Highlands and the Island of Skye!

And after blogging pal AnnieNC from Slow Travel posted her postcard that her friend sent to her from Scotland of the cutest little baby cow I have ever seen, there are now four things that I want to see while in Scotland. She said that the postcard was from the Island of Skye! Is that "destiny" or what!

The Highland Baby Cows were added to my Must See List thanks to AnnieNC who posted a photo of a little baby cow (what she thought was of a little sheep) on her blog. I just love that story.

MUST SEE:

Armadale Castle Gardens - It is located just as I'll land on the Isle of Skye.

Museum of the Isles - If it is raining, then touring the Museum of the Isles could be a good alternative.
