Diligent effort went into producing
their first self-released ambient electronica EP, Eleven Fifty (2004). Not simply
content to create patterned sounds, Send My Regards initiated inventive methods of sample structuring and synthesized rhythmic
tonality. Their follow-up self-released full length LP, Grandmas Cookies (2005),
thrust SMR into vast atmospheric terrain, emphasizing eerily peculiar experimentalism.

drew the attention of pfMENTUM label owner and renowned avant-garde electronic artist, Jeff Kaiser, who enthusiastically signed
Send My Regards to his subsidiary label, Angry Vegan Records. Enraptured by SMR’s
stunning capabilities, Kaiser also sought fit to master and re-release Grandmas Cookies with the proper distribution it deserved.
