I am a singer-songwriter-guitarist and I have been making music for over forty years. I began playing violin at eight years old and got my first guitar on my tenth birthday. I began writing songs at fourteen and won a local talent show with an original song at sixteen.

Shortly after that, I joined my first band as a bass player and singer in 1969. When we graduated from high school, we went our separate ways and I entered the Navy. I was a member of the Blue Jacket Choir in boot camp and almost as soon as I got to the Destroyer where I was stationed, I became a member of the ship's band and eventually the leader. The band was asked to play in a lot of the ports we visited including many in Australia and New Zealand. Soon, I also formed another band with one of my shipmates and some civilians in San Diego.

When I was discharged from the Navy, I decided to stay in San Diego to pursue my musical dreams. I performed around the San Diego area as a solo artist, a member of duets and in several bands throughout the 1980s.

In 1989, I decided to get out of the city and moved to the high desert, just north of Los Angeles. That's where I put together my dream band,

The Roadhouse Rockers

a blues-rock power trio featuring me on lead guitar and vocals. Soon, we had quite a following and were soon the band to get for biker runs, parties and clubs all over the Southwest. Eventually, the raging wildfire that was the Roadhouse Rockers burned itself out after a couple of great years.

I then moved to northern California and continued to write and play with many different musicians. In 1997, I moved back to the high desert and put together another power trio called Crossfire. I have to admit, it was an attempt to recapture the magic of the Roadhouse Rockers but it ended up being my last band. We broke up in 2000 when I decided to purchase a house out here in the desert and build my own recording studio.

I recorded my first album,"Looking Back", and released it in 2001. I am now retired from live performance and I am concentrating on songwriting and recording.

My long-awaited second album is in the works.
