Everything is brand new and purchased specificly for our villa. You will see immediately that this is not some drab
look-alike hotel room or company-owned vacation rental. You'll feel right at home here.
Our villa is an end unit and is high enough for a great view of the beach and the Gulf. We have an elevator
just outside the door and covered parking below. You won't have to climb any stairs here if you don't want to.
We are wheel chair friendly here. The Beach Club has an elevator also so everyone can swim and dine without going up
stairs.
Because some members of our family have alergies and asthma, we do not allow pets or smoking in our villa.
