*Clarification: A minor re-vamp (also known as an update or a tweaking) is most closely defined with re-decorating one's room or dorm, as in working on two or three sections and editing only their content or only their appearance. A major re-vamp (a.k.a., a total facelift), on the other hand, is most closely defined with the remodeling of one's entire house, in that it entails adding, deleting, and modifying appearances of all pages as well as editing or at least reading over everything at least once before a new version of the page is posted.
