CareerLink Network provides full-service support for our members to meet their ever-evolving needs--spiritual, physical, social, mental, economic and personal growth. Our mission is to assist and support those seeking to advance their job hunting skills and careers.

Since its inception, CareerLink Network has seen continuous growth of the network and employment successes.  For the past three years, CareerLink Network has averaged between 42% and 44% employment success rate of the total local membership.  CareerLink Network is striving to reach a goal of 50% for the year ending 2005 with a 10% increase each year thereafter.  CareerLink Network will do this by:

• Providing not only the required services to seek gainful employment – how-to sessions, support groups, employment leads, and techniques for transition – but with additional full-service support by meeting member’s ever-evolving needs through prayer, networking, referrals, etc., thus supporting the most important part – the ‘whole’ member.
• Becoming the largest faith-based pre-employment organization in the world by linking our network, offering our knowledge, services and materials with other groups similar to ours that seek assistance for their pre-employed members – thus increasing CareerLink Network’s breadth and depth of network membership, and access to an expanded network of recruiters and employment leads.

Our core values are the standards by which we measure our performance; our interactions with each other and with people outside the immediate community, helping to define our F.A.I.T.H.

Our F.A.I.T.H. is based on these Core Values:
- Freedom: To be active participants in a forum that has been created to foster a free-flowing exchange of ideas, emotions and personal improvement amongst its members.
- Attitude: To acknowledge that there will be other members more destitute and less fortunate than ourselves.
- Involvement: To become involved in our organization in whatever ways, and with whatever means. To be a part of our on-going commitment to other members -- that of a lifetime of networking opportunities.

- Humility: To accept the fact that we are each in our current situation for a reason —- reasoning God has not yet shared with us.
