Each month a group of the members are assigned the responsibility of that dance's table decorations. They discuss, among
themselves, a suitable theme for the tables and arrive at the Caroline Country Club about 45 minutes before the dance is scheduled
to start. During that time they would set the decorations on the tablecloth-covered tables for the members' enjoyment. Autumn
leaves for the October dance, red hearts for the (Valentine) February dance, etc. add to the event's enjoyment. The CCC would
have set up the tables and has hurricane lamps as the centerpiece for each table. Taper-type candles are the responsibility
of that month's dance committee. The cost is borne by the committee members which should not exceed $10/couple/year. The
host committee forms a receiving line at quarter to the hour to warmly greet the arriving members and guests.
