In case of a misdirected bag,
the Lost & Found office at your airport of arrival is responsible for the tracing process. It is therefore important that
you report the loss immediately after arriving at the airport. During the first five days the respective staff at your airport
of arrival is responsible for the tracing. When you first report the loss of
your luggage, you will receive a Property Irregularity Report with the contact details of the Airlines Lost and Found office
and a file reference number.
