We had our first "Karma Yoga" class at It's Yoga in Grandview this past Saturday.  Mike Cohen and Elizabeth Bowman graced us with their presence and some beautiful live music.  Thanks so much to those of you who came to do yoga and donated to the Mid Ohio Food Bank.

 

Suzuki Roshi once said that the most important thing, is the most important thing.  And we have to keep sight of that.  The most important thing is feeding hungry people...so if you can't make it to these class offerings...please send a donation to the Mid Ohio Food Bank anyway.   http://www.midohiofoodbank.org
